Subscription & Pricing
Service Description: Access to a library of downloadable PDFs, updated regulary
Pricing: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include VAT where applicable.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe, supporting credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods.
Price Changes: Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email.
Access & Delivery
Immediate Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive a welcome email containing your login credentials.
Downloads: The number of PDF downloads is limited based on your subscription type during the active subscription period.
New Content: Additional PDFs are added [monthly/quarterly], with notifications sent via email.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel Anytime: Cancel at any time.
How to Cancel: Cancel via your account dashboard.
To cancel: Go to your account dashboard or email [Support Email].
Effect of Cancellation: Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued for partial months or years.
Full refunds will be granted in the event of duplicate charges.
License & Usage Rights
Permitted Use: You may download, print, and use PDFs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Use: Redistribution, resale, modification for commercial purposes, reverse engineering, or extraction of content for AI training is strictly prohibited.
Warranties & Liabilities
Our Guarantee: PDFs are free of viruses and compatible with standard PDF readers. We strive to maintain 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Limitations: Magellan Golf is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of the PDFs, including but not limited to business or personal decisions based on templates or advice. Please ensure your device supports PDF files (Adobe Reader recommended).
Data & Privacy
Account Data: Payment and account data are securely stored and processed via Stripe, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Usage Monitoring: To enforce the limits of your subscription and protect our content, we monitor activity on the site, including downloads, repeated page views, or any excessive use. Any abusive behavior, such as mass data scraping or significant overuse beyond your subscription quota, may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
Payment failures after three retry attempts.
Violations of usage rights, such as sharing login credentials.
